H.G. Duchess Dr. Nancy Atmospera-Walch
H.G. Duchess Dr. Nancy Atmospera-Walch is an accomplished nurse executive, entrepreneur, and humanitarian leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of ADVANTAGE Health Care Provider, Inc., a Hawai‘i-based organization providing compassionate, person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With decades of experience in health care and public service, Dr. Atmospera-Walch has devoted her career to advancing health equity, inclusion, and empowerment. As Secretary of State and Minister of Health and Wellness of the Principality of Cappadocia, she leads the development of a 15,960-acre sustainable city in Belize focused on wellness, innovation, and environmental stewardship—bridging diplomacy, technology, and global health.
Her Grace also serves as Founding Director and Trustee of The Belize Foundation, promoting education, human rights, and sustainable development across Central America. Her lifelong contributions to nursing earned her historic recognition when the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa renamed its School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene in her honor—the first ever named after a woman, a nurse, and a Filipina immigrant.
Dr. Atmospera-Walch’s leadership and service have been recognized with prestigious awards including the 2024 ANA Mary Mahoney Award, the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Pacific Edge Business Leader of the Year, reflecting her lasting impact on global health, education, and humanitarian advancement.
Jan du Plain
Jan Du Plain is a distinguished public relations executive, cultural strategist, and diplomatic liaison, currently serving as the President and CEO of Du Plain Global Enterprises, Inc. in Washington, D.C. With decades of experience at the crossroads of media, diplomacy, and international affairs, Jan has built a legacy of connecting nations through culture and communication. Her firm specializes in international public relations and special events, representing embassies, cultural institutions, and global organizations that seek to bridge communities and foster global understanding.
Throughout her remarkable career, Jan has worked with CBS Cinema Center Films in New York, Ford’s Theatre, and WETA TV and Radio, where she served as Director of Public Relations for 15 years. In Washington, she is renowned as an Embassy Liaison, co-founding the Washington Education and Cultural Attaché Association (WECAA) and launching Passport DC’s Around the World Embassy Tour, one of the city’s most popular cultural events welcoming more than 40,000 visitors annually. She also advises the World Trade Center DC, where she helped create the Winternational Global Holiday Marketplace, showcasing 70+ embassies and celebrating cross-cultural exchange.
A co-founder of Diplomacy and Fashion and an Emmy Award–winning producer, Jan is a passionate advocate for cultural diplomacy and global engagement through the arts. She serves on several boards, including the American News Women’s Club and Theatre Washington, and is an active member of the National Press Club and PDI-POA. Her outstanding achievements have earned her major recognitions such as the 2025 Fashionista Award, the 2024 American University Alum of the Year, and the 2023 Mayor’s Arts Award, honoring her enduring influence in diplomacy, culture, and public relations.
Cristina Herea
Cristina Herea is an accomplished journalist, author, and humanitarian leader with over 20 years of experience in media and social advocacy. For nearly 15 years, she served as a news anchor for Romania’s most popular television network, where she became a trusted voice known for integrity, empathy, and courage in storytelling. Beyond her successful media career, Cristina is a writer and the author of three published books, reflecting her passion for communication, truth, and the power of words to drive change.
As the Founder and President of the DAR Association, Cristina has devoted nearly two decades to advancing human rights and protecting vulnerable women and children in Romania. Under her leadership, the organization has helped more than 300 abused mothers and their children, successfully advocated for national legislation requiring domestic abusers to wear electronic monitoring bracelets, and launched initiatives providing €3,000 vouchers to help survivors rebuild their lives. The association also secured tax exemptions for divorce procedures involving domestic violence and ensures over 150 underprivileged children receive full educational support every year.
Cristina’s humanitarian work extends to supporting mothers caring for children in oncology hospitals and partnering with the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights to empower children’s access to education. This year, she leads a transformative project to renovate the pediatric sector of a major Romanian hospital, serving over 2,000 children monthly. A graduate of the International University of European Politics in Strasbourg and a proud Rotary International member, Cristina Herea continues to inspire through her unwavering dedication to justice, compassion, and the belief that every child and mother deserves a future filled with dignity and hope.
Vadim Saratovtsev
Vadim Saratovtsev is the visionary founder of Lifeline Informatics, a quantum hybrid cognitive system with a single mission—to improve the quality of life for cancer survivors. In the United States alone, five people are diagnosed with cancer every minute. Three survive, yet their lives are changed forever. As Vadim reminds us, “there are no favorites and no exceptions.” His work reflects a profound empathy for those navigating this difficult journey—one that even H.R.H. Catherine, Princess of Wales, has described as a “rollercoaster.” Through Lifeline Informatics, Vadim leads efforts to integrate quantum cognition and AI into transformative health solutions that bring hope and resilience to millions.
Born in the Soviet Union and trained as a mathematician, Vadim’s life is defined by courage and reinvention. After fleeing Communist Russia in 1990 to escape persecution, he built a distinguished career in cryptographic security, quantum mathematics, and identity management, serving as a senior leader for Deloitte, the Federal Reserve, and several Fortune 500 companies. His expertise bridges the boundaries between technology and humanity, merging analytical precision with compassion-driven innovation.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Vadim is a Level 5 USA Hockey coach and mentor, devoted to developing young athletes through advanced data analytics and performance psychology. He has freely shared his tools and insights with USA Hockey and the U.S. Judo Team, reflecting his lifelong commitment to service. Even while facing personal health challenges, Vadim continues to inspire through resilience, intellect, and generosity—proving that true leadership lies not in success alone, but in the lives uplifted through knowledge and kindness.
