USIDHR Signs Strategic Partnership with Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University to Advance Global Education and Human Rights

The U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR) is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University, a leading higher education institution in Ukraine. The virtual signing ceremony brought together representatives from both institutions to formalize a collaborative partnership aimed at fostering international academic cooperation and promoting human rights education.


Dr. Isabelle Vladoiu, Chairwoman and Founder of USIDHR, participated in the event from Washington, D.C., while Ms. Judith Dubose, USIDHR Regional Director of Texas and appointed representative for the partnership, joined Ms. Oksana Chernysh, Director of the Scientific and Research Institute of Medical Technologies, Mental Health, and Human Intelligence, and University Rector Mr. Viktor Ievdokymov during the virtual proceedings.


The agreement includes provisions for academic and faculty exchanges, joint research projects, collaborative educational initiatives, and enriched global learning experiences for both students and staff.

The MoU was signed by Rector Ievdokymov and Ms. Dubose on behalf of USIDHR, with Dr. Vladoiu providing her oversight via video conference. Both institutions expressed their strong commitment to making this collaboration a model for international academic diplomacy.
