USIDHR Announces the Appointment of

Ms. Judith Ann Cushman DuBose as

Texas Appointed Regional Director Delegate and

Committee Chairwoman for Veterans Committee

Washington, D.C. – The US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR) is proud to announce the appointment of Judith Ann Cushman DuBose as the State of Texas Appointed Regional Director Delegate and the newly appointed Committee Chairwoman for the USIDHR Veterans Committee. In her role, Ms. DuBose will be instrumental in expanding veteran services throughout the entire United States and its territories, with a special focus on Texas, addressing critical issues within the USIDHR platform.

USIDHR is a top-rated bipartisan nonprofit think tank located in Washington, D.C., which operates in over 135 countries. Founded by Dr. Isabelle Vladoiu, USIDHR’s core mission is to advance education and empower individuals to understand human rights and diplomacy. The organization plays a pivotal role in advocating for transformative change both domestically and internationally.

Ms. DuBose is not only an Army veteran but also an Army widow, and her experience encompasses both wearing a uniform and being a survivor. Her unique perspective and extensive experience in public service, advocacy, and community engagement position her as an ideal leader for the Veterans Committee. Her dedication to improving the lives of veterans and their families aligns perfectly with USIDHR’s mission to address the needs of underserved populations. Through her leadership, Ms. DuBose aims to bring critical issues faced by veterans to the forefront, ensuring their voices are heard in legislative discussions and policy decisions.
