Our Commitment
We are committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe everyone has the right to access information and services online, regardless of ability. We continually work to improve the user experience for all visitors and apply relevant accessibility standards to provide equal access to information and functionality.
Scope
This statement applies to our website and our course content delivered through Thinkific, including marketing pages, course lessons, and downloadable materials.
Accessibility Standards
Our goal is to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We evaluate accessibility through ongoing reviews and improvements. Meeting these standards helps ensure our content is accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited mobility, have cognitive disabilities, or use assistive technologies.
Measures We Have Taken
To support accessibility, we work to:
· Conduct regular accessibility reviews and audits of our content
· Provide alternative text for meaningful images
· Maintain sufficient color contrast
· Use clear, plain language whenever possible
· Structure content with proper headings and landmarks
· Support keyboard navigation
· Provide captions and transcripts for video and audio content
· Design forms with clear labels and error identification
· Include accessibility checks during content updates and course releases.
· Test key user journeys with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader spot checks.
Known Limitations and Ongoing Work
We acknowledge that despite our best efforts, some accessibility issues may exist. (i.e. some platform-controlled components may have limitations we cannot directly modify). Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we actively work to identify and address barriers. We regularly review and update our content and practices.
Platform Considerations (Thinkific)
Our online course content is delivered through a learning management system powered by Thinkific. While we work to ensure our content and customizations meet accessibility standards, some platform features are controlled by Thinkific. If you encounter barriers related to the Thinkific platform itself, please let us know so we can document the issue, provide an accessible workaround when possible, and advocate for improvements with the platform provider.
Third-Party Content
Some content on our site may be provided by third parties, including embedded videos, documents, widgets, or external links. While we aim to use accessible third-party content, we cannot always guarantee the accessibility of content we do not control. When we become aware of issues, we work to find accessible alternatives or provide the information in an accessible format.
Feedback and Contact Information
Your feedback helps us improve accessibility for all users. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have suggestions for improvement, or need assistance accessing any content or functionality, please contact us. We welcome your input and are committed to working with you to provide information or services in an accessible format, including alternate formats upon request.
If you need an accommodation or an alternate format for any course material, contact us and we’ll work with you to provide a comparable accessible alternative.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and will work with you to provide an accessible solution.
Continuous Improvement
We review and update this accessibility statement regularly to reflect our current practices and conformance goals. We are committed to maintaining and improving accessibility and welcome ongoing dialogue with our community about how we can better serve all visitors.
