I acknowledge that a valid PayPal account is required to receive payments; otherwise, payments will not be processed.

Terms and Conditions for USIDHR Affiliate Program

By applying to become an affiliate of the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Application

1.1 You must be 18 years or older to join the USIDHR Affiliate Program.

1.2 Completion of the affiliate application form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. USIDHR reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

1.3 Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address for commission payments. Payments cannot be processed without a valid PayPal account.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Affiliates will earn a

15% commission

for each referred student who enrolls in any USIDHR course using the affiliate’s unique referral link.

2.2 Commissions will only be paid for referrals that are verified and paid in full. Refunds or chargebacks will result in forfeiture of associated commissions.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payments are processed monthly, within 15 business days of the end of the calendar month, via PayPal to the email address provided in your application.

3.2 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal email address is correct and active. USIDHR is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect or inactive PayPal accounts.

3.3 Minimum payout threshold: If your total commission for a given month is below $50, payment will be rolled over to the following month until the threshold is met.

4. Promotional Guidelines

4.1 Affiliates may promote USIDHR courses through ethical and legal means, including their websites, blogs, and social media platforms.

4.2 Affiliates must not:

Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.Bid on branded USIDHR keywords or engage in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising using USIDHR trademarks.Promote USIDHR in connection with illegal or harmful content, including discrimination, hate speech, or violence.4.3 Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with USIDHR in compliance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

5. Affiliate Link Usage

5.1 Affiliates will receive a unique referral link. Only enrollments made through this link will be eligible for commissions.

5.2 Affiliates may not modify or manipulate their referral links in any way.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use USIDHR’s logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting USIDHR courses.

6.2 All intellectual property rights remain with USIDHR. Unauthorized use of USIDHR’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

7.1 USIDHR reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of these terms and conditions.Inactivity for more than six months.Misuse of affiliate links or promotional guidelines.7.2 Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the affiliate will immediately cease, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

8.1 USIDHR does not guarantee any specific level of income or success for affiliates.

8.2 USIDHR is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to payment processing issues or promotional activities.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, DC. Any disputes arising from the affiliate program shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Washington, DC.

10. Changes to Terms

USIDHR reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
