Dr. Isabelle Vladoiu
Dr. Isabelle Vladoiu is a diplomatic protocol expert, human rights specialist, and global security specialist. She has worked directly with diplomats, government officials, and international leaders across multiple regions.
As the founder of the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR), she has trained more than 30,000 professionals worldwide—including diplomats, policymakers, and executives—on international protocol, business etiquette, cross-cultural communication, and diplomatic leadership.
Dr. Vladoiu serves as Faculty in the Department of Security and Global Studies at American Public University System (APUS/AMU) and brings over a decade of experience in public and NGO diplomacy, helping leaders navigate high-level international environments with confidence.
Recognized by two U.S. Presidents, Dr. Vladoiu holds a Doctorate in Global Security, a Juris Doctor, and an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law, and has collaborated with the United Nations, UNICEF, the World Bank, and the Organization of American States. Her bestselling book Business Etiquette Secrets is a trusted guide for global professionals.

As a Global Peace Ambassador, renowned mentor, and human rights defender with 29 years of experience, she has made significant strides in promoting lasting peace. Dr. Bass, the President and Founder of the Humanitarian Focus Foundation and the Executive Director of the Institute of Public Policy and Diplomacy, uses her expertise in public policy to guide young leaders. Her work spans mentoring thousands worldwide, advancing sustainable development, and advocating for education, human rights, and peacebuilding. Dr. Bass continues to shape a more just and harmonious future through her efforts.

Dr. Rosa Ayala
Dr. Rosa Ayala is a remarkable community activist and advocate for human rights and women’s rights. As the founder of Dominican Heritage Month and the Dominican Parade in New York City, she has highlighted the Dominican people’s rich traditions, history, and contributions, fostering pride and unity among the diaspora. Acknowledged by government officials across the United States and abroad, Rosa has been honored with over 200 awards for her dedication to promoting cultural heritage and women’s rights. Her activism began at a young age, inspired by her parents' commitment to helping the less fortunate, and she continues to uplift communities through various initiatives, touching the lives of many with her genuine care and compassion.

Bishop Dr. Luis Paniagua
Bishop Dr. Luis E. Paniagua is a highly respected chaplaincy and civil security figure. As the Commander in Chief General of the International Alliance Of Chaplains and Law Enforcement, founded in 2008 in New York, he leads an organization with thousands of police chaplain members worldwide, contributing to social services and public order. Recognized by the International Court of Justice, he was promoted to General Chaplain Commander by the World Wide Federal Chaplains. Dr. Paniagua collaborates with national security forces and various institutions.
